This involves a range of tasks and responsibilities.To design, manage, test, implement and maintain decision and process automation through the use of low code functions aligned to business strategy and operational requirements, ensuring that the relevant internal and external governance is followed.To provide support and query resolution and liaise with system parties to ensure timely resolution of business rules and process automation.Education (Required)A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information ManagementGrade 12 National Certificate / VocationalKnowledge and ExperienceExperience (Required): Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)At least 3 years' hands-on experience in Salesforce Support or Salesforce AdministrationService Cloud and Sales CloudOther Salesforce products (e.g., Marketing Cloud, nCino, FSC, etc.)Knowledge (Required): User Management and Provisioning of the Salesforce FSC PlatformData Management and Maintenance of the Salesforce FSC PlatformOverall System Maintenance of the Salesforce FSC PlatformCoordinating the integration of Salesforce FSC with other systems and platformsContinuous Improvement and release management on the FSC PlatformResponding to escalated support tickets related to Salesforce functionality, data, and processesInvestigating and diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutionsCollaborating with Level 1 Support to provide accurate information for issue resolutionAssisting in user training and documentation to enhance self-service capabilitiesPerforming data analysis, cleansing, and migration tasksWorking closely with Salesforce developers on enhancements and customisationsMonitoring system performance and recommending optimisationsRemaining updated on Salesforce features and best practicesReviewing feedback and alerts from monitoring tools on daily basisDeveloping reports and dashboards, within Salesforce FSC, to provide insights and other relevant metrics for decision making purposes on Salesforce FSCApex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools (proficiency)Creating new features and enhancements for existing Salesforce appsMaintaining the codebase, ensuring consistency with overall application architectureCommunicating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teamsConfiguration and customisation of SalesforceIntegrations with third-party systemsData modelling and database conceptsManaging key stakeholders and providing feedback timeouslyCollaborating within an Agile team environment to deliver high-quality solutionsPrioritising and managing multiple tasks effectively and independentlyKnowledge (Ideal - Nice to Have): JiraConfluenceBusiness and System Analysis Methodologies (advanced understanding)ITIL Principles and the application thereof (advanced understanding)Best practices for Quality Assurance (QA)Banking systems and business modelsCompliance requirements specific to the financial services industryClient onboarding and relationship managementFinancial Product Management on Salesforce FSCWealth Management and Financial Planning on Salesforce FSCAssessing and mitigating risks on Salesforce FSCProviding training and support, to Financial Advisors and other users, on how to use Salesforce FSC effectivelySkillsAttention to DetailCommercial Thinking SkillsCommunications SkillsInterpersonal & Relationship management SkillsAdditional InformationClear criminal and credit recordCapitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
