Accountabilities & Responsibility AreasTo ensure that Alistair Group maximizes profitability and every Client has the best customer experience possible.Synthesize information from subcontracting/planning team, RF operations and warehousing teams, sales team, agents and border/port reports in order to determine market rates and key targets on a twice-monthly basis. Prepare a monthly report on Commercial trends and plans.Directly manage client liaison team to ensure that the customer experience is seamless.Develop and hold a close relationship with all current and potential clients. Further develop sales personnel and skills where needed to drive key account relationships.
