This includes managing tools, resources, and professional communities to drive excellence.Additionally, the Centre of Excellence AI Specialist plays a key role in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of business analysts. By implementing AI-driven automation, providing data insights, and supporting decision-making, the AI Specialist enables business analysts to focus on strategic tasks.
