Key Responsibilities:
AI Model Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom AI models for predictive analytics
Optimize existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with data scientists to identify and implement novel AI techniques
Predictive Analysis:
Develop predictive models to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes
Implement advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis
Create robust algorithms for pattern recognition and anomaly detection
Data Processing:
Develop efficient data processing pipelines to handle large-scale datasets
Implement data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for AI models
Integration and Deployment:
Integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows
Develop APIs and interfaces for model deployment and interaction
Ensure scalability and performance of deployed models
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Contribute to the company's research initiatives and intellectual property
Propose and prototype innovative AI solutions for new business challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
5+ years of experience in developing AI models, with a focus on predictive analytics
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
Proven track record of developing and deploying custom AI models in production environments
Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex problems into AI solutions
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specific industry domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
