As an Aftersales Manager for the African regions, you will be challenged to deliver value to the organization taking care of African countries.
In Emerging Markets we deliver on all KPIs meaning; service quality, workshop processes, warranty, campaigns, audits, workshop KPIs, technical solutions, customer satisfaction, training, parts etc.

Responsibilities and Duties Support and implement parts marketing strategies to increase market share of genuine parts, improve communication with customers and achieve annual part sales objectives Support and implement service standards in an effort to increase workshop through-put in order to limit downtime, drive campaigns, warranty compliance, customer satisfaction and efficiencies.
Analise and compare parts sales data on a continuous basis and identify opportunities to increase overall sales, promote brand competitiveness and setup clear and aggressive campaigns to elevate the UD Trucks Genuine Parts Brand.
Support dealers by analyzing parts sales and comparing with units in operation data to identify gaps, opportunities and drive successful implementation.
From marketing perspective, drive objectives to manage customer events, information days and or displays in the market to inform customers of benefits of UD Trucks genuine parts.
Manage the implementation of the service/maintenance plan through the dealer network in a structured and focused manner.
Ensure regular measurement, corrective action and feedback is maintained.
Manage relationships with dealer aftersales and fleets by attending monthly technical and operational liaison meetings.
Ensure a competent and professional service to dealer network, through input to training department on service technical development needs Assist internal departments (sales, aftermarket, parts) with resolving customer complaints (warranty, quality problems), and to plan and implement corrective action.
Ensure the dealer networks in Africa has an optimized workshop processes which guarantees success, customer satisfaction and uptime.
Annually audit dealer network to ensure they comply to processes, policies, tools, skills and training.
Ensure proper KPIs submissions from dealer level to ensure processing and analysis by UD Trucks SA to support strategy, identify gaps and improve.
Identify key areas of concern with action plan to support customers with breakdowns, service and support.
Minimum qualifications Mechanical Engineer Degree or Road Transport qualification Experience: Minimal 5+ years of experience in aftermarket and sales Experience in workshop processesStrong customer centric focus Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Strong negotiation skills Strong problem solving skills with innovation fundamentals Financial and cost management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
