We are seeking an innovative, creative, dedicated and energetic individual with the necessary skills and experience to join our dynamic staff team from 1 January 2025 in the following position:
AFRIKAANS SPECIALIST TEACHER – FULL TIMEGrades 2 to 5
Key Requirements: Must be experienced; teaching in both phases is an advantageBe SACE registeredProfessional and safeguarding requirements to work in a schoolHave knowledge of the CAPS Afrikaans FAL curriculum for Foundation and Intermediate phasesThe ability to relate to and connect with boys in both Foundation and Intermediate PhaseA passion for a creative, dynamic, integrated approach to AfrikaansUnderstanding of learners' needs regarding the acquisition and development of additional language/sA willingness to contribute meaningfully and collaboratively to an academic teamHave knowledge of Google Classroom and the Google SuiteBe willing to contribute meaningfully to the school's extracurricular programmeTo be considered for this position, please email your CV and a cover letter to ****** by Friday, 23 August.
