Description African Leadership Academy is a visionary institution that aims to develop the next generation of African leaders. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in promoting the school's vision, mission, and values to foster student leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Dean to define and implement strategic goals and initiatives. Oversee key projects and ensure alignment with the Academy's mission, vision, and values. Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and lead high-impact projects. Enhance operational efficiency across the Dean's office and the broader Academy. Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve workflow and daily operations. Manage the Dean's calendar, meetings, and priorities for optimal time and resource use. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Liaise with senior leadership, faculty, staff, students, and external partners on behalf of the Dean. Supervise and mentor administrative staff within the Dean's office. Work with the Dean and finance team to develop and manage budgets related to the Dean's office. Requirements: Education: Degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
