Our client is seeking a Advisor Channel Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing healthcare advisor contract management and healthcare advisor relationship management.Functions:· Responsibility and accountability for executing healthcare advisor contract management· Healthcare advisor relationship management· Acquisition of new healthcare advisors as well as new corporates· Business consultant management and healthcare advisor support management in order for the client to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the advisor channel and prospective clients.· To develop and implement effective strategies that will continuously enhance the client's healthcare advisor channel value proposition to ensure the growth and retention of the client's membership.· To ensure that all activities are in line with the regulatory requirements.Skills:· A valid driver's license and own reliable transport· Financial management and budget control· Management and supervisory skills· Ability to analyse and synthesise information· Problem solving· Analytical thinkingRequirements:Qualification· Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher.
