Our client is seeking a Advisor Channel Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing healthcare advisor contract management and healthcare advisor relationship management.
Functions: · Responsibility and accountability for executing healthcare advisor contract management
· Healthcare advisor relationship management
· Acquisition of new healthcare advisors as well as new corporates
· Business consultant management and healthcare advisor support management in order for the client to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the advisor channel and prospective clients.
· To develop and implement effective strategies that will continuously enhance the client's healthcare advisor channel value proposition to ensure the growth and retention of the client's membership.
· To ensure that all activities are in line with the regulatory requirements.
Skills: · A valid driver's license and own reliable transport
· Financial management and budget control
· Management and supervisory skills
· Ability to analyse and synthesise information
· Problem solving
· Analytical thinking
Requirements: Qualification · Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher),
· Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
Experience · Minimum 8 years in the financial services or healthcare industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
· Minimum 5 years management experience Work Experience
