Our client is seeking a Advisor Channel Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing healthcare advisor contract management and healthcare advisor relationship management. Functions:Responsibility and accountability for executing healthcare advisor contract managementHealthcare advisor relationship managementAcquisition of new healthcare advisors as well as new corporatesBusiness consultant management and healthcare advisor support management in order for the client to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the advisor channel and prospective clients.To develop and implement effective strategies that will continuously enhance the client's healthcare advisor channel value proposition to ensure the growth and retention of the client's membership.To ensure that all activities are in line with the regulatory requirements.Skills:A valid driver's license and own reliable transportFinancial management and budget controlLeadership skillsBusiness development skillsManagement and supervisory skillsAbility to analyse and synthesise informationProblem solvingAdministrative skillsPeople ManagementAnalytical thinkingSales skillsRelationship management skillsRequirements:Qualification Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher.
