The successful candidate will be responsible for executing healthcare advisor contract management and healthcare advisor relationship management. Functions: Responsibility and accountability for executing healthcare advisor contract management Healthcare advisor relationship management Acquisition of new healthcare advisors as well as new corporates Business consultant management and healthcare advisor support management in order for the client to be positioned as the Scheme of choice for the advisor channel and prospective clients. To develop and implement effective strategies that will continuously enhance the client's healthcare advisor channel value proposition to ensure the growth and retention of the client's membership. To ensure that all activities are in line with the regulatory requirements. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher), Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent Experience Minimum 8 years in the financial services or healthcare industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role Minimum 5 years management experience Work Experience Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
