The role will be based at the Head Office in Cape Town.Job Purpose:To co-ordinate activities for above the line promotions and ensure that the related processes are maintained and followed as per the promotional calendar.Job Objectives:To ensure that the promotional vehicles are created and the required page ownership and marketing instruments are assigned timeously based on agreed calendar.To apply the appropriate page layout, design and templates to each leaflet vehicle based on the pre-promotions planning meeting.To assign primary and secondary sub-department owners to each promotional offer block.To ensure that all promotional offers are completed timeously and consolidate all promotional pages after lock-down and send to the Studio.To act as a liaison between the Studio and the Merchandise team in respect of merchandise sign-off to ensure adherence to promotional processes and guidelines.To manage the promotional workflow and tasks to agreed timelines.To manage the image order process to ensure that images are sourced timeously to ensure promotions are completed based on agreed deadlines.To provide administrative assistance in producing minutes, agendas, and reports timeously and accurately.Job Experience:Advertising and Promotions with Marketing administrative skillsEducation:ND.
