We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator who enjoys working with numbers and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Pastel and Excel, be methodical in their approach, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities : Perform various administrative duties including data entry, document management, and office support. Utilize Pastel and Excel to manage and analyze numerical data. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and reports. Maintain organized and methodical records and files. Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks as needed. Support other team members and departments as required. Qualifications : Matric with Maths - (Strong mathematical background preferred.) Proficiency in Pastel and Excel. Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. Dependable with a track record of consistent performance.
