Key Performance Areas Record keeping Filing Stock keeping Key Tasks: Record Keeping Sort and maintain office records Keep record of any files that were added or removed when busy with filing Maintain a log of all outgoing files and ensure that it is returned on time Keep record of all outdated documents that was discarded Digitize all necessary documentation and store in electronic systems Filing Streamline the filing process ensuring the files in question is available upon request. Check all incoming material and then categorize either based on content or alphabetically. Ensure all filed paperwork is logged properly in the system. Index documents with numbers or codes before filing. Manage all user requests pertaining to file retrieval. Inspect the filing section regularly to ensure that all files are kept in good condition and being categorized properly. Manage and discard outdated documents as per the company file maintenance procedures Stock Keeping Vending machine stock keeping and purchasing of stock when necessary Keeping track of company stationary stock and ordering ore when needed Purchase and distribute stock as needed Monitor and purchase office condiments as needed Monitor and purchase cleaning supplies as needed Keep record of all stock purchased in a way that is available upon request Qualifications: Matric Experience 1 years experience in administration Experienced in Microsoft Office Skills and Knowledge Good communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Team player Attention to detail Honest, Humble and Hardworking
