As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the below: Overseeing office operations, supplies, and equipment. Handling phone calls, emails, filing, and correspondence. Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments. Maintaining accurate records and files. Serving as a contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Drafting reports, presentations, and letters. Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed. Assisting with financial tasks like invoices and petty cash. Ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Assisting with IT issues and coordinating with support. Helping with recruitment, on boarding, and employee records. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field. 5 years experience in a similar role. Automotive experience will be an advantage.
