KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Capturing pricing and quotes with supporting docsAccurate typing and capturing (I will need to have this confirmed by some type of test)Very good spellingGeneral admin / filingDetail orientedTask focused until completionReporting to multiple seniorsBe able to work under stressful timelinesMust be able to understand confidentiality and have strong morals and values.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Grade 125+ years proven experience as an administrator and data capturerExperience in building / interior design businessProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
