Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, Marketing or a related fieldA Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSR Administrator role or Similar PositionAt least 2 years' experience in a Corporate EnvironmentResponsibilities: Assist in developing and executing CSR programs and policies in line with organizational goalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR principles into business operationsEstablish partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, and other stakeholdersAssist in organizing and coordinating volunteer programs and community eventsPrepare regular reports on CSR activities and outcomes for stakeholders and leadershipCommunicate the impact of CSR initiatives through internal and external channels, including social media and newsletters.Maintain up-to-date documentation on CSR activities and complianceManage relationships with beneficiaries of the programs and other stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyFinancial acumen to support the team in reviewing budgets
