Job Description
Europcar, Pomona, has a permanent opportunity for an Administrator: Claims. We are looking for an Administrator with relevant experience and an understanding of the claims process on the ground in the Rental space. We need someone who is professional and friendly, meticulously accurate, well organised, committed to the objectives of the role and highly resilient in achieving them.
Position Overview
The purpose of the position is to ensure accurate investigating of claim related queries, provision of feedback to stakeholders and processing of credit notes in order to support the achievement of customer service and performance standards. To effectively manage the out of service vehicle requirements and ensure downtime of each vehicle is monitred and kept within acceptable limits.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Job Outputs
Create claims not generated by branches.
Obtaining quotations from various OEMs and monitoring of pricing/ availability
Daily reporting of delays/down days
Updating claims data in accordance with the standardized process.
Following up on outstanding documentation from branches.
Resolving all procurement related queries within 48 hours or escalation is required thereafter.
Resolving of Claims related queries.
Maintaining relationships with external workshops and panel shops.
Distribution, follow up and collection of damaged vehicles to work/panel shops.
All administrative work requisite of the department.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
2 years car rental and/or claims/maintenance administrator experience
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid Code 08 Driver license, at least 2 years old.
Communication skills: must be fully bilingual.
