Administrator-Asset Risk Management

Required experience:

One (1) to three (3) years relevant commercial short-term insurance experience

Required Skills:
Matric
RE 5
Valid drivers license (Code 08)
Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Computer literate (advanced) with excellent interpersonal and e-mail communication skills

Duties:
Register and update claims from clients
Liaise with insurers and client on all aspects of the claims process and policy amendments
Follow up with Insurers/Call Centers regarding claims progress
Capture new business quotations
Handle client queries effectively and professionally
Underwriting in accordance with company policies and procedures
