As an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team with project coordination, sourcing, costing processes, and client liaison. This role requires independence, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Project Tracking & Planning:
Coordinate project tasks to ensure seamless information flow.
Organize and prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
Update priorities to address new inquiries.
Sourcing & Costing Support:
Engage with clients to refine project requirements.
Identify potential suppliers and gather costing information.
Present options to sales reps or clients.
Client Liaison:
Manage communication with clients for timely responses.
Gather necessary information for client inquiries.
Facilitate delivery bookings and communicate effectively.
Internal Sales:
Oversee sales projects and act as lead salesperson when required.
Attend to customers without assigned sales reps.
General Administrative Duties:
Maintain filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Handle tasks such as opening sales files and managing data sheets.
Architectural Plan Interpretation:
Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
Obtain measurements from plans to provide accurate quotations.
Support to the Operations Department:
Track and manage samples for projects.
Maintain organized sample racks.
Provide backup support to the operational team.
