Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the management, including but not limited to managing appointments/agendas/travel arrangements, processing expense claims, etc.Organise meetings and record minutes of meetings, including supporting meetings for the senior management.Compilation of monthly/quarterly reports for the management review.Maintaining efficient records and archiving all documents under the department's responsibility, such as agreements, contracts, etc.To work with a team of staff (customer service officers and dispatch staff) to complete various day-to-day administrative duties which includes covering the reception in the absence of the customer service officers.Support the processing petty cash claims, office inventory and supplies such as corporate uniforms, stationery, etc.Maintain the corporate pantry and provide refreshments for Council or visitors when needed.Support Supervisor and higher management in various projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor degree in any disciplineMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative functionsA team player with leadership skillsProficient in MS OfficePossess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.Good command of both spoken and written EnglishPleasant personality with customer service skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
