Purpose of the position
To liaise with internal and external key stakeholders, coordinate activities between the Foundation and key stakeholders, regular communication relating to Foundation-funded projects with internal and external key stakeholders, and to gather information for data capturing purposes which will be utilised for the evaluation of the FSTC's GN500 Standards for Consumer Education.
Key Performance Areas
Build and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders;
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Foundation-funded projects and donor funding requirements;
Communicate and liaise with donors about Foundation-funded project activation schedules and distribute invitations for project attendance;
Conduct monthly meetings with Project Leaders and Finance to discuss and update project funding and expenses statement;
Communicate with and obtain reports from Project Leaders (Quarterly and Monitoring and Evaluation Reports);
Attend some project workshops/seminars;
Liaise with relevant individuals to provide progress updates and/or information of specific requirements discussed in Foundation Sub-Committee and/or Board meetings;
Gather, capture and submit information for the evaluation process of the Financial Sector Transformation Council's GN500 Standards for Consumer Education to the verification agency;
Assist with the Foundation's general administrative responsibilities.

The applicant must demonstrate the following skills and attributes: A high level of judgement and a confident and decisive approach, information gathering, attention to detail, accuracy, coordination of activities, communication skills, client relations and persuasiveness skills and must be computer literate.

Studying towards or are in possession of a Tertiary Qualification (Banking, Business Management, Public Administration, Social Science, etc.) 5 years' experience in the financial sector and basic understanding of the FSTC GN500 Standards for Consumer Education, including client/customer relations experience.
