Job Advert Summary
Are you in the market for a long-term contract opportunity at a well-established and leading healthcare agency? MHR is currently recruiting a Administrative Assistant to work at ArcelorMittal in Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng (Approximately 60 - 70 km from Johannesburg).

Note that this is a contract opportunity with long-term shifts
Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30 and Friday: 07:00 -13:00

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
General Admin qualification would be an advantage
Computer literacy - Intermediate/Advanced
Good/Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
SAP work experience
Personal Assistant experience would be an advantage
Experience in Event planning
Must be able to work in a team and under pressure
Professional - work with different levels of management
Adherence to time lines
Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Place purchase requisitions and complete orders.
General vendor approval (GRV's)
Placing notifications for maintenance for Main Building and SHERQ department
Follow up on orders
Diary management.
Event planning
Dealing with highly confidential documentation
