Administrative Assistant

Administrative support to management and other departments. Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including: Stock take and product loading. Order packing and purchase order checking. Upkeep of product loading sheets and stock records. Pricing updates and booking deliveries. Ensuring the accuracy of internal ERP systems. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and appointments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and update company databases and records. Support the planning and execution of company events and exhibitions. Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product sourcing, and lead times, and with clients regarding delivery times, order receipt, and after-sales service. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with stock management and ERP systems is a plus. HR and accounting experience are advantages. Non-smoker. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Initiative-taking attitude with a willingness to learn and improve. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-sufficient with critical thinking abilities. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with consideration for internal systems.
