Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Finance and HR team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, with responsibilities including statutory submissions, contract management, and general office support.

Responsibilities:Statutory Submissions: Oversee and manage all statutory submissions, ensuring they are submitted on time.Company Resolutions: Ensure company resolutions are signed and sent to the Board.Company Registration: Assist with company registration processes as needed.Board Meetings: Take minutes during board meetings and manage related documentation.Email Management: Monitor the CFOs emails and assist with responses when necessary.Contract Administration: Manage contract-related tasks, including updating, filing, and renewing contracts.Department Efficiency: Help improve efficiencies within the finance department and coordinate regular meetings.Liaison Tasks: Liaise with financial institutions and SARS to support company operations.Ad Hoc Administration: Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.HR Assistance: Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks related to HR functions.Key Skills:Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical skills.Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.Competency in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and internet usage.Superior attention to detail and accuracy in work.Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues at all levels and external contacts.Integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude.Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.Additional Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in English.Qualifications:Education: Qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
