Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for office management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services. You will ensure new business implementation, marketing plan implementation, and reception duties.
Responsibilities: Gather policy informationCompile a summary of informationResearch product informationHandle new applications and quotationsHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)Diary management for new and existing business casesDiary management for Wealth AdviserArrange appointments between Wealth Managers and ClientsPrepare investment review appointmentsMaintain CRM systemRebalance and maintain existing portfoliosPrepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statementsManage administrative documentation (detailed records)Build and maintain good working relationshipsRecord details of transactionsMaintain service level agreement deadlinesManage policy renewalsEnsure FAIS complianceLoad new/existing business policiesRequirements and Skills: MatricDiploma advantageousExperience in financial services industry, specifically adminStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelGood attention to detailProactive and enthusiasticTime management with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills
