Job description:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximize customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role requires excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.
Responsibilities:

Interact, manage and provide effective client service
Implement new business
Prepare client files
Process client queries and instructions
Administer all products
Research product information
Maintain the CRM system
Handle personal and commercial Short-term insurance administration
Claims handling
Amendments to contracts and renewals

Skill sets required:

Matric Certificate
RE 5 (Advantageous)
2 - 3 years administrative experience within the short-term insurance industry
Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good administration, organization, and planning skills
Able to handle admin pressure
