Job DescriptionDear Future Claims Administration Manager,
The Administration Manager will be accountable for administration process excellence for the Department, ensuring optimal workflow within the department regarding procedures and policies to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiencies.
Are you someone who can: Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Manage costs/expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Be precise, systematic, and rule-oriented in gathering, reviewing, and evaluating data from various perspectives; includes the ability to work with precision and highlight inaccuracies and inconsistencies in detailed information.Anticipate, recognize, and meet the needs of internal and external customers, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest service standards and developing and sustaining productive client relationships.Listen attentively, present information clearly, and respond appropriately to the verbal and written communication of others.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a Diploma and Degree.Have 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role.Have an insurance and claims background.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Have a proven successful track record.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Are you interested in taking the step?
