Role OverviewThe Administration Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day administration of clients with the primary focus on member queries, member plan advice, HR/Payroll queries, and new business applications tracking and activation.
Key Performance ObjectivesClient Responsibilities Tasks Identifying common trends within the client and providing solutions in consultation with the CCTelephonic member plan adviceEnsuring loyalty programme uptakeMember plan adviceNew business screening of applications, tracking status, and ensuring activationOnline application processesHR/payroll queries relating to medical scheme benefits received via email, fax, or telephonicConstant follow-up and feedback to relevant partiesBuilding of relationships with HR/payrollManagement of client expectationsAttend client meetings as neededManage relationship with HR/payrollDistribution of membership packs and/or cardsGeneral Responsibilities Compliance with the NMG style guideKeeping written records of all client communication and interaction within the stipulated time periodAll queries to be logged on the CMS systemAll client correspondence is to be signed off and saved in the correct folder according to the style guideAnswering ringing phones and logging of calls on CMSCapturing daily stats for queries received via email, fax, or telephone on CMSGeneral assistance to the Member Consultant, Corporate Consultant, Consulting Manager, and Team LeaderHave a good understanding of legislation and regulations that govern the health care environmentAttend internal meetings and training as and when requiredCompletion of MI-TIME weeklyBack-up to other Member Consultant and/or Administration Consultants if required (buddy system)Self-management of petrol and telephone accountsQualificationsMatric certificateIndustry-related degreeRegulatory Exams (RE) and Wealth management are advantageousExperience3-5 years Healthcare Administration experienceThe NMG SA Group of Companies are authorised financial service providers t/a NMG Benefits
