Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to manage front office activities and assist with administrative duties.
This role includes processing orders, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based in Tokai.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee front office activities, including reception, mail handling, and purchasing requests.Coordinate office services such as maintenance, office supplies, and equipment management.Process orders, invoices, credit notes, and ensure proper filing and reconciliation.Perform month-end duties, including filing documents and reconciling statements.Assist with customer queries and courier-related tasks.Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).Requirements: Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.Certificate or diploma in accounting or related field preferred.Previous experience with Sage Pastel and Excel is essential.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.Excellent communication and numerical skills.FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
