Candidate Requirements:Grade 12 A Hospitality qualification is highly beneficial At least 4 years experience in hospitality in an administrative roleStrong admin skillsBush lodge, 5* hospitality experience preferredExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of XERO & Res Request would be an advantageStrong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)Valid drivers licence Duties will include:All payment requests & creditorsPayroll AdministrationPetty CashVehicle AdminHandling staff issuesUpdating of staff filesUsing Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)Relief of staff duties on Cycle leave.This is a live-in position.
