Admin/Finance ManagerReference: EL002699-Glyni-1We are seeking an Admin/Finance Manager for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.Duties & ResponsibilitiesApplicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with relevant degree/diploma in finance and valid driver's license3+ years' experience in a related roleNPO industry knowledge/experience beneficialThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Legislative compliance - ensure all legislative requirements are metAdmin management – record management; office admin; meeting management; act as secretariat; business plans; annual event calendarFinancial admin – SARS submissions; banking; payments; creditors/debtors; petty cashEmployee supervision – allocation of duties and implementation of policiesFinancial/asset management & admin – ensure budget preparation; asset management; stock control; inventory management; ensure timelines are met; donation managementFunding/fundraising – manage submissions; managing fundraising; lotto funding preparationsMarketing – social media and marketing of the center; bring in new projectsPayroll management – payslip provision; maintain payroll file; IRP5'sPolicies – ensure policies are developed, reviewed and implementedReporting – monthly reporting file; minutes of all meetingsSalary: Negotiable dependent on experienceTo apply, email detailed CV and all supporting documentation to ****** you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
