1. Purpose of the job To provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Intelligence team and assist analysts in gathering, managing, and reporting sales data. This role is focused on ensuring the efficient execution of administrative tasks, data tracking, and coordination between departments to enhance sales insights and decision-making.
2. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track the progress of Sales Intelligence projects, gathering feedback and reporting to ensure timely completion.
Administer and maintain records of key sales data, analytics reports, and insights generated by the team.
Assist with stock on hand data issues by providing relevant insights from sales reports.
Distribute internal and external communication regarding sales insights and intelligence findings.
Compile management presentations and reports based on sales data analytics for leadership review.
Manage office supplies, software licenses, and consumables needed by the Sales Intelligence team.
Respond to general queries from analysts and other departments regarding data requests or intelligence reports.
Reconcile reports on sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Organize team meetings, workshops, and briefings for the Sales Intelligence department to discuss insights and strategy.
Coordinate travel and accommodation for analysts attending conferences or regional data collection efforts.
Assist with managing budgets related to data acquisition tools, analytics software, and other operational costs.
Support the processing and analysis of sales data orders, ensuring proper alignment with Sales Intelligence requirements.
Handle the procurement and distribution of tools and resources needed for data analysis and reporting.

3. Job Requirements
3.1. Education

3-5 years' experience in office admin / secretarial field.
Grade 12.
A tertiary qualification in Office Administration will be an advantage.

3.2. Experience

5 years' experience in administration function with multiple stakeholders.
Experienced with SAP and expert in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Experience with project management / coordination of multi-disciplines and across functions.
