As an Admin Controller, you will be responsible for the financial and administrative support to the DC.
Degree in Finance or Accounting.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial control or similar roles.Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office suite, BommSystem, and analytical tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and discuss financial data effectively.Strong mathematical and accounting skills with a keen eye for detail.Deadline-driven with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to financial management. Duties and Responsibilities Cost Control: Ensure expenses are controlled by authorizing all quotes before purchases, verifying and approving invoices, and evaluating vendor performance for cost efficiency and quality.PNL Management: Prepare weekly Profit and Loss statements to forecast monthly financial performance, calculate financial provisions, and reconcile cost of sales and stock adjustments with precision and timeliness.Reporting: Compile and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports on stockholding, productivity, logistics, and financial metrics to provide actionable insights.Budgeting: Develop and maintain the annual budget for the Distribution Centre, focusing on income, transport, depreciation, staffing, and maintenance.Administration: Reconcile transport costs, manage transporter claims, monitor staff expenses and daily paperwork for operational efficiency, oversee IT requirements, and assist in documentation and process formalization.Staff Management: Lead and develop administrative staff, including conducting interviews, recruiting and training new team members, identifying training needs, motivating staff, and ensuring performance targets are met.
