Job ResponsibilitiesProcessing of Purchase Orders Africa Commercial:PO's for Freight Invoices of all Transportation.Processing of all Commercial Expenses.Work through all monthly Transport Statements to ensure all invoices and claims are processed and sent through to Accounts Payable.Upload and Save all Purchase Order documentation Electronically.Coordinate Samples and be the Liaison between Courier Companies.Prepare and gather all required documentation before sending samples to Various Countries.General Office Administration and AD HOC requests from Line Manager.Assist Commercial Manager with Tasks and Projects.Gather all required Documentation and Information from Various Systems (e.g., GTS, SYSPRO).Upload PODS on GTS System.Desired Experience & QualificationOur Ideal Candidate Must HavePost Matric qualification is essential.Microsoft and Excel proficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Participates as an active and contributing member of a team to achieve team goals. Works cooperatively with other team members.Attention to detail.
