Admin Assistant to Manager required in Worcester.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Diary Management: Organize and manage the Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential clients.
Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take detailed minutes.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
Report Preparation: Compile and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
Communication: Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Office Management: Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
Client and Vendor Liaison: Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Event Coordination: Assist with booking venues, organizing refreshments, and preparing materials for meetings and events.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and support other departments as needed.
Social Media Proficiency: Manage and update LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms, assisting with content creation, posting, and engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Expertise in using the internet and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Professional and friendly demeanor
Experience in cold calling is a plus
