About the role:

As an Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of the Company through general administrative tasks, managing our HubSpot and Calendly platforms, and executing social media initiatives. This position does not involve client-facing responsibilities, but rather focuses on internal operations and online engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
? Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient workflows.
? Manage the scheduling platform Calendly to coordinate appointments and events seamlessly.
? Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Working hours: Mon-Friday, Hours are flexible, preferably mornings.

Minimum Requirements:
? Matric / Senior Certificate.
? 1-2 years experience in administrative roles, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.
? Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and Calendly scheduling software.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, with the ability to create content and navigate social media management tools.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
? Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines and priorities.

Remuneration: R6000 - R7000 pm
