Reporting to the Branch Manager, the aforementioned position at our CIT Sasolburg is currently unfilled. The overall objective of this position is to assist the Branch with the CIT department's administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements: Exceptional communication abilities.Matric authentication or equivalent.A reasonable criminal record.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Approximately 2 years of organizational experience.A background in administration or office management is an advantage.Must be willing to put in extra hours when needed.Possessing one's own mode of transportation is advantageous.Key Execution Areas (not absolutely comprehensive):Keeping an adequate filing system and document management, including archiving.Taking messages and answering the phone.Assisting the recruitment office with new team member onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, scheduling orientation plans, etc.); contacting candidates and following up with them throughout the hiring process.Managing internal and external inquiries.Taking meeting minutes.Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager when necessary.Meeting deadlines (emails, worksheets, and templates) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Processing monthly hours and kilometers for billing as well as daily data from dedicated vehicles.Processing and printing client-specific monthly code lists and details.Consumables and stock distribution in the branch.Sending requests, obtaining authorization, enrolling, and scanning with the Fidelity Access Control System.Placing orders for ID cards, beverages, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and stationery.General ADOC obligations.Core Skills and Attributes:Self-development.Interpersonal skills.Must be trustworthy and honest.Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must assert themselves.Attention to detail.Ability to work without supervision.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Time management.
