REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Basic Life Support Certification and registration with the HPCSA.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL: At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
A PRDP and Drivers license are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASOrganise and maintain Case sheet processing for the branch.Process invoices and stock control on SAP.Manage and control Oxygen cylinder refill for the branch.Provide general office administration duties for the branch.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGECompetence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Department of Health legislations.HPCSA legislations relating to Paramedics.System and process flow.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
