As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and update client and candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management.
Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
