Job DescriptionOur Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator / Office Support professional to join their team. This junior-level role is ideal for school leavers, graduates or individuals with some office experience. The successful candidate will provide essential support across various functions, including sales back office support, marketing, data capturing, and other ad-hoc/admin tasks. Training will be provided on our specific systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide back-office support for sales activities, including managing customer inquiries and processing orders.Assist with marketing efforts, including updating promotional materials and supporting marketing campaigns.Perform data entry, manage databases, and generate reports as required.Offer general administrative support, such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data.Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.RequirementsProficiency in using a PC; basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Previous office experience or a background in administrative roles is a plus but not required.Should you not receive a response from us within two weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
