Admin And Finance Assistant

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role. Proficiency in Pastel Accounting software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Initiative, loyalty, and trustworthiness Duties and Responsibilities: Handling debtors and creditors accounts. Managing day-to-day financial transactions. Entering invoices into Pastel Cashbook entries Assisting with payroll processing. Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management. This position is available half day (8am-1pm) or full day (until 4pm).
