Accounts Receivables Associate - Level Iii

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Finance for our Customer Collections Department in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficient Payment Processing: By working with complex customers to process payments, you'll ensure timely and accurate transactions, improving cash flow.
Customer Relationship Management: Handling both basic and complex customer inquiries will enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Account Analysis: Preparing detailed statements of accounts and conducting thorough analyses will provide valuable insights into financial health.
Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the reasons behind late payments and suggesting process improvements will help reduce future delays and enhance efficiency.
Month-End Reporting: Your preparation of month-end reports will ensure accurate financial reporting and assist in strategic decision-making.
Project Leadership: Leading or participating in Accounts Receivable improvement projects will drive process enhancements and operational excellence.
Minimal Supervision: Performing activities under minimal supervision demonstrates your ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Versatility: Handling a variety of tasks, including other duties as assigned, showcases your adaptability and willingness to contribute to different areas as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
