Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for ITC to join our client's team.
In this role, you will oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing a team, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
If you're an organized and proactive leader, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the accounts payable team, providing leadership and guidanceEnsure timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining accuracy and complianceReview and reconcile vendor statements and accounts to resolve discrepanciesImplement and maintain effective accounts payable procedures and controlsAssist in the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and reportingCollaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and improve processesTrain and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivityPrepare and present reports on accounts payable activities to managementEnsure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirementsParticipate in audits as needed and implement recommendations for improvementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office SuiteExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyBenefits:Salary: NegotiableContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
