Accounts Payable / Creditors Clerk

Our client, a well-established transportation organization, is seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk for the Fourways/Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.
This means if you have not worked on Pastel in the last 3 years, then we will not consider you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for debtors, creditors, and general administrative duties.
Min Requirements

Grade 12
Must have Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience. NON-NEGOTIABLE
Must have Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience. Experience must include formulas: add, subtract, multiply, divide, SUM. (We will test you)
Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on Excel and Pastel Partner.
Must have own transport.
Creditors experience is non-negotiable.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar admin role.
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy.
Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
Experience in the automotive parts, manufacturing, motor, or transportation industry will be advantageous.
