Accounts Clerk / Pod Clerk

A well-established logistics company in Clairwood is looking to employ a POD/ Accounts clerk preferably female, age 25-40.Below requirements are a must:Capturing of PODs on the system and maintaining the flow of POD documentationAccurately filing all courier trip sheets, manual trip sheets, PODs, and waybills on a daily basisSeparate filing of POD documentsEnsuring that there are no outstanding PODs from driversRetrieving necessary documentation from the filing system as and when requiredEnsuring that PODs are received timeouslyHandling queries relating to PODsDealing with manual trip sheetsDealing with containersUnderstanding of the weighbridge systemComputer skills must be above average, including all Microsoft programsExperience in making POs on any systemExperience with Sage Accounting systemONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
