Accounting Senior

Our client based in Kenilworth is currently looking for an Accounting Senior/Supervisor.Responsibilities:Supervising a monthly accounting department including preparation and review of monthly management of accounts, timely submissions of statutory returns, and assisting clients with accounting and software support.Preparing and reviewing Annual Financial Statements using IFRS for SMEs.Dealing with clients and correspondence.Managing and training junior staff and SAIPA trainees.Requirements:Complete SAICA or SAIPA articles.Company and individual tax knowledge essential.Previous experience in a similar role and environment.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.Own transport and valid SA licence.Software Skills:Pastel Partner and Sage One.Xero.CaseWare.Highly computer literate in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
