Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:Monitor, supervise and review SAICA/SAIPA clerks' accounting;Leading and managing a team of Clerks; Managing of workflow and quality of work done; Implementing the performance system and personnel performance;Staff training;Ensuring compliance to financial laws and guidelines;Implementing company policies to ensure adherence; Reporting to Branch Manager / Director in terms of goals and targets;Engaging with clients, maintaining relationships and developing new businessQualification and experience requirements:BCompt or equivalentCompleted articles and at least 4 years' post article experience, of which 2 years must be in leading a team. Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.Strong business acumen.
