Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
Monitor, supervise and review SAICA/SAIPA clerks accounting;
Leading and managing a team of Clerks;
Managing of workflow and quality of work done;
Implementing the performance system and personnel performance;
Staff training;
Ensuring compliance to financial laws and guidelines;
Implementing company policies to ensure adherence;
Reporting to Branch Manager / Director in terms of goals and targets;
Engaging with clients, maintaining relationships and developing new business

Qualification and experience requirements:
BCompt or equivalent
Completed articles and at least 4 years post article experience, of which 2 years must be in leading a team.
Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
Strong business acumen.
