Qualification and experience requirements:BCompt or equivalentCompleted articles and at least 4 years post article experience.2-3 years management/supervision experience.Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.Experience in managing and leading teams.Strong business acumen.KPA's:Monitor, supervise and review SAICA/SAIPA clerks accounting work per clientManagement of workflow in area of responsibilityManagement of teams in area of responsibilityImplementing the performance system and personnel performanceTraining and development of the personnelEnsure compliance to financial laws and guidelinesEnsure that company policies are implemented and adhered toResponsible for the quality of all work of personnel in own area of responsibilityReporting to Branch Manager / Director in terms of goals and targetsEngage with clients and maintain client relationshipsDevelopment of new business
